PUP JOINT

Pup Joints are used to adjust the height of full length tubing or casing strings. They are also used to adjust the depth of downhole tools. Typical lengths are 2ft, 4ft, 6ft, 8ft and 10ft. Either API or proprietary threaded connections may be provided. Pup joints are available in all API and proprietary grades of steel, stainless steel and CRA steel.

SLIDING SLEEVE (SSD)

Sliding sleeves are integral components of most completion strings.
They are used to open and close communication between the annular area are tubular area of completed production oil and gas well.
Sliding sleeves are made up of 10 components:

1.Upper Sub 2. Inner Sleeve 3. Ported Connector 4. Inner Closing Sleeve 5. Bottom Sub 6. V-Packing 7. Male Back-up Ring 8. Female Back-up Ring 9. Split Segments 10. O-Rings.

Two versions of Sliding Sleeves are: Shift Up to Open Version and Shift down to open version.

CONTROL LINE

A small-diameter hydraulic line used to operate downhole completion equipment such as the Tubing or Wireline Retrievable surface controlled surface safety valve (SCSSV)

TELESCOPING SWIVEL

A sub with a telescoping joint used in dual or triple completions for running additional tail pipe. The joint of drill pipe is used in hang-off operations so that no tool joint is opposite a set of preventer rams.

PACKER

A downhole device used in almost every completion to isolate the annulus from the production conduit, enabling controlled production, injection or treatment. A typical packer assembly incorporates a means of securing the packer against the casing or liner wall, such as a slip arrangement, and a meansĀ  of creating a reliable hydraulic seal to isolate the annulus, typically by means of an expandable elastomeric element. Packers are classified by application, setting method and possible retrievability.

GAS LIFT MANDREL

Gas-lift Mandrel is a gas-lift system component that is assembled with the production tubing string to provide a means of locating gas-lift valves. The position or depth of the gas lift valves is crucial to the efficient operation of the entire system. Consequently, proper assembly of the gas lift mandrels within the completion tubular is essential. A port in the gas-lift mandrel provides communication between the lift-gas supply in the tubing annulus and the production-tubing conduit.

GASLIFT VALVES & DUMMY VALVES

Gas-Lift Valve is a valve that is used in a gas-lift system to control the flow of lift gas into the production tubing conduit. The gas-lift valve is located in the gas-lift mandrel, which also provides communication with the lift gas supply in the tubing annulus.
Operation of the gas-lift valve is determined by preset opening and closing pressures in the tubing or annulus, depending on the specific application.
Dummy Valve is a blanking valve placed in a gas-lift mandrel to block off annular communication to the tubing.

TURBING RETRIEVABLE SCSSV

A type of safety valve in which the principal components can be run and retrieved by wireline or slickline. The valve assembly is landed in a ported nipple that is equipped with a control line connected to the surface control system. This configuration enables the safety valve to be easily retrieved for repair or maintenance, but the resulting internal bore of the WRSV must be relatively small.

WIRELINE RETRIEVABLE SCSSV AND LOCK MANDREL

This is a flapper valve, designed to shut in a well during an uncontrolled flow caused by equipment failure or damage.
X Lock Mandrel is a selective mandrel designed to be landed downhole in a selected X Landing Nipple Profile.
The XN Lock Mandrel is similar to the X except for the locking keys.
The XN keys are chambered so they will pass through X Nipple. These Locks are designed for standard weight tubing and service pressure.

HYDROTRIP SUB.

Hydro Trip Sub is used to set hydraulic actuated tools such as packers, pack-off assemblies and firing devices
The sub can be pre-set for shear out after setting the down hole tools. After setting, increased pressure will move the ball collet seat down to the lower profile section and then release the ball into the bottom of the annulus.
After setting has been achieved, the sub provides an open bore for passage of drop balls or wireline equipment.

NIPPLES.

Nipple is used for direct location and installation of plugs, flow control devices, and to hang off pressure temperature gauges in oil and gas well. Nipples are available in various profiles, metallurgy and threaded connections.

ADJUSTABLE UNION.

Adjustable Union provides a reliable means of spacing out and connecting the tubing on the short-string side between two dual packers. It is also used to space out the production tubing near the surface in single and dual completions.
It allows right or left hand rotation of the tubing string were necessary and can be placed in either tension or compression.

LANDING NIPPLE.

A completion component fabricated as a short section of every wall tubular with a machined internal surface that provides a seal area and a locking profile. Landing Nipples are included in most completions at predetermined intervals to enable installation of flow-control devices, such as; plugs and chokes. Three basic types of Landing Nipple are commonly used; No-go Nipples, Selective-Landing Nipples and Ported or Safety valve Nipples.

CASING PIPES

Casing Pipes are set inside a drilled wel to protect and support the well stream. Our casing pipes are manufactured according to API grades and also in proprietary grades. In addition to providing stabilization and keeping the sides of the well from caving in on themselves, casing protects the well stream from outside containments, as well as the oil or gas that is being produced.

DRILL PIPES

Drill pipe, is hollow, thick-walled, steel piping that is used on drilling rigs and horizontal drilling to facilitate the drilling of a wellbore and comes in a variety of sizes, strengths, and weights but are typically 30 to 33 feet in length. They are hollow to allow drilling fluid to be pumped through them, down the hole, and back up the annulus.

LINE PIPES

It is a seamless steel tubes for transportation of flammable fluids are produced by hot rolling. The sem-finished product used for these tubes is continuously cast bloom. This group of tubes is mainly set for high pressure pipelines to deliver gases, oil and other flammable fluids in the mining, chemical and energy industry. Line pipes are made from carbon and alloyed steel.

.

PERFORATED PIPES

sections of pipe (such as casing, liner, and tail pipe) in which holes or slots have been cut before.
